1. Flat Rates

 

Flat rates apply to bookings made at least 8 hours in advance.

Requests made within 8 hours of the pick-up time may incur additional charges based on weather conditions, traffic, tolls, airport taxes, or other unforeseen factors.

 

2. Luggage Capacity

 

The luggage capacity of our minivans depends on the number of passengers.

When necessary, the third row can be folded down to create a flat surface for suitcases, boxes, or extra items.

 

3. Punctuality for Airport Drop-offs

 

We make every effort to ensure on-time airport drop-offs.

Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time. After that, a $15 charge applies for every additional 15-minute interval.

This charge does not apply to airport pick-ups, as we monitor your flight arrival.

 

4. Arrival Recommendations for Flights

 

In line with O’Hare and Midway Airport guidelines, we recommend arriving:

•2 hours before domestic flights

•3 hours before international flights

 

While our drivers aim to be punctual, we kindly suggest booking your ride with a 10–15 minute buffer to account for traffic, weather, vehicle or road issues, or human error.

 

5. Long-Distance Trips

 

A 5-minute restroom break is included on long-distance rides when necessary.

Longer or additional stops can be arranged if both the customer and driver agree on the time and price in advance.

If your flight is canceled or you miss it, the return trip will be considered a separate ride and will be charged as such.

 

Our drivers are trained to follow all local and state traffic laws. We will not exceed speed limits or traffic rules under any circumstance, including passenger delays due to poor planning. However, we will always do our best to get you to the airport on time.
